23.1 is….
A repeat, and you’ve just done it as our class workout a few weeks ago.
Complete as many reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
60-calorie row
50 toes-to-bars
40 wall-ball shots 20/14
30 cleans 135/95
20 muscle-ups
We did this workout on Friday, Jan 27th if you were in class.
So how Saturday will work:
If you’re registered to officially compete in the 2023 CrossFit Open, you’ll sign in for the class for Saturday, we’ve made the class time for this week 8:30am. When you arrive at the gym there will be heat times on the board for you to sign up for. You’ll get warmed up, and be ready for when your heat time is called.
We will brief this workout prior, so please arrive prior to 9am this week.
If you’re able to help us out by judging some athletes, we would love that help. If you’d just like to come and cheer on your fellow athletes, come on in.
And for week one, our theme is Tight n’ Bright gear. The brighter the better. Come decked in brightest gear.
