It’s CrossFit Total.
For those who might not know what CFT is, it’s a benchmark WOD to test some of your One Rep Max strength lifts. This means, you’re going heavy!!
You’re maxing out, but that doesn’t mean it’s scary. It’s what we train for, you can only lift what you can lift with good form and proper movement standards. We’re not asking, nor will we allow you to go all out thoughtlessly.
This is a benchmark for you to test where you’re at today, and for us to build off that for the year to come.
This is a fun day. Register for class, and come in ready to have some fun, throwing down, or I should say, putting up some numbers. :) Happy CrossFit Total day.
