We have our next Fundamentals session taking place next week on Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30am. If you know someone that has been interested in getting started with CrossFit, now’s the time. Have them email indestri@gmail.com to get set up.

A reminder, fundamentals is our introduction to CrossFit program. All athletes new to CrossFit are required to take fundamentals, which is 2 sessions over the course of a week. This program has been designed to set new athletes up for success. It is also our protocol for a number of reasons, the biggest being the success of the athletes coming into our facility and the exposure to certain movements prior to going into a regular class. We have found after years and years of doing this, that the athletes who try to skip fundamentals, have less success entering regular classes. Please don’t encourage friends to tell us that they have done CrossFit before if they have not. We know, we can tell the second we see them move. It doesn’t matter how fit someone is, or if they’ve been doing another program like F45, or Orange Theory, or at a “functional fitness facility”. It’s not CrossFit. Fundamentals is only 2 sessions, and it will help to ensure that their experience beginning CrossFit is more successful.
