Update

After the situation on Tuesday morning, we would ask that everyone please check their zenplanner accounts to ensure that we have contact information for you, as well as the correct up to date contact information please.

We did our best to inform everyone signed in for classes on Tuesday about the cancellations to the day as soon as we knew what was happening. For some we didn’t have contact information other then email, and for others the contact information we had wasn’t correct so we were unable to reach you outside of an email.

Situations like Tuesday where we need to cancel classes last minute almost never happen, but on the off chance they do, we would like to be able to contact everyone signed in to class.

This also brings up a great reminder on the importance of signing in for classes prior to making your way over the facility. This ensures that you are not showing up to a class that is capped out, and also ensures that if something is going on, that you don’t show up to the facility when classes have had to be cancelled. ( As rare as that is. )

Please head to your zenplanner account and ensure that your contact information is there and is up to date. Greatly appreciated, thank you.

Staring at empty bar and increasing weight each min. if you fail at a weight, strip the bar to empty bar and start again.
