We hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and was able to enjoy some quality time with loved ones, and hopefully that Christmas celebration included lots of good food. We understand that with holidays comes some food choices that aren't always ideal to maintain health and fitness, and guess what….. Thats okay!Honestly, you probably eat 1100 meals in a calendar year. If you eat a little off track over the holiday season, it's not the end of the world. Just own it, understand it, and get back on track as soon as the holidays are over. But do not, dwell on it, beat yourself up over it, or think you need to hit it harder in the gym to burn it off.Fitness and training should never be viewed as a punishment for what you eat or drink. Your fitness and training should be a celebration of what your body is capable of doing.Change your mindset, give yourself a break, and enjoy the holiday season!
