What Are We Capable Of?
Everyday I see people come through the doors and do things they never thought possible. They say thank you to us like we did the work, all we did was give you some tools. You do the rest, you do the work, you show up to class and you decided to come to us.What we do is make sure you are safe, educated and get the best coaching this area can offer and every once and a while we give you a little kick in the ass to keep moving. But you're the magic… You are people who want to be better and support each other, you look at us like we are crazy sometimes when we give you rep schemes or ask you to try and get upside down... But then every time you step up and conquer your fears. It is you that inspire me not to quit, it is you that cause us to want to continue to push to places we too question if we are capable of.. So this is me thanking you on behalf of all our coaches and staff, for giving us the tools to be better as well.

I have been lucky enough to get feed back from coaches like Brian Mackenzie ( Creator of CrossFit Endurance, Owner of 3Fu3l, XPT Life, Power speed Endurance and a shit load more) Diane fu Creator of FuBarbell) Chris Cooper Creator of Up Coach and CrossFit Brain, Chris Hinshaw Creator of Aerobic Capacity and a really good friend and mentor Carl Paoli Co Owner of Strike Movement, Freestyle Connection, Free style Media and G-WOD.I am Lucky to be able to reach out to these people when I am looking to expand your programming, when I am looking for insight on the next level of Fitness. These coaches are the Original Gangsta's of CrossFit. They're the ones who have evolved each piece of the movement by specializing in their discipline and teaching the rest of the world.Some of you know I have been working with Carl on some special projects and have evolved what I thought possible, just like you I came through the doors of Indestri unsure what I would be able to do, and with great coaching and guidance i have gone places I never could imagine. We are all capable of so much more then we believe. I firmly believe with hard work, determination and the right people we can do what ever we want to do. The possibilities are endless, our bodies are capable of way more then we can imagine. With practice and attention to technique, mobility and a little bit of kick Assery.. We can do what we want and more.. thanks to great coaches in my life i have recently accomplished a feat I never thought possible, and I plan to accomplish more.
