Hey crew, we hope everyone had a great thanksgiving weekend!

Festivus

In the spirit of giving we're hoping that a few more of you would be willing to give your time next weekend to volunteer for Festivus.  This is a tremendous opportunity for our 'RX' athletes to give back to our intermediate and beginner athletes, but volunteering to judge and or help move around equipment next Saturday, between 9am and 3:30pm at Festivus!  If you can give some time, please let us know or sign up on the sheet at the front desk.  It's greatly appreciated!**Reminder that with Festivus on Saturday, there are no classes, so a good way to get in a workout would be to help move equipment! :)

OCR Worlds

Some of you may have also hit a WOD throughout the weekend, with a visitor, Rachelanne.  You'll remember her funky green pigtails!  Rachelanne works for the OCR World Obstacle Course Race and is in town for the week to get ready for the races next weekend.  Rachelanne has kindly asked if anyone would interested in volunteering at the OCR races this Friday, Saturday or Sunday, they could use some help.  If you're interested please get in touch with Jen and she'll pass along Rachelanne's contact information.
