We had a busy weekend at CFI this past weekend. Thank you to everyone who came out on Saturday night, to hang out, donate to Sick Kids Hospital, eat some phenomenal food from Bent Taco, and also meet & make Lucas Parker feel welcome! We will continue to collect donations for Sick Kids Hospital as part of the WOD 4 Sick Kids affiliate challenge until June 2nd!Thank you to everyone for your understanding of the fact that classes were cancelled at the gym this Sunday for the Barbell Cycling Workshop by Lucas. We don't often cancel classes, so we appreciate your understanding. Hopefully you got outside to enjoy the beauty weather!We hope all of our members that attended the workshop has a great time and picked up some new tips for quickly and efficiently moving the barbell in the types of workouts that call for cycling, such as Randy, Grace, Fran, Diana, etc….. Please stay tuned for information on another visit from Lucas in the coming months for his Virtuosity Workshop.Lastly we hope that all our CFI moms had a wonderful Mother's Day!
