The Open is Upon us!
Open season is upon us. For those who are newer to CrossFit. The Reebok CrossFit Games are like our 'olympics' or 'Stanley Cup' of CrossFit. Some athletes train for the Games all year long, it's their job as there is big money on the line for the winners. The Open, use to be the first step to getting to the games. Now in 2019, it's one of the steps…. Lots of changes to the 2019 Games season...
But inside CrossFit affiliates all over the world, the open is a fun 5 weeks of workouts that we do with other CrossFitters from all over the world.
To be 100% honest, we don't fully know if this years open will look like the last few years, we're still waiting to hear all the details with the changes this year. But we do know that registration is kicking off sometime later this week, and we want all of you to join in the fun!
The open is a great way to push yourself. Whether or not you want to be competitive in CrossFit, it's fun. It brings together our community, and it dials in your movement, as you have a judge standing beside you throughout the workouts.
Get ready CrossFit Indestri….. The open is upon us.
