Wishing Coach Steph a very Happy Birthday!!!Enjoy this WOD of Steph's creation for her birthday. This one is going to burn in a way you won't forget soon. Remember to scale for the stimulus not the reps or movement. 1 round of Barbara should be consistent and the pull ups and push ups should be fast. Be sure to pick reps you can do with minimal breaks.

Reminder:

Scaling is OK, it is encouraged to make sure you can keep the intensity of the workout. Put your ego aside today and pick a weight you can do unbroken through a Round of DT. Pick a rep scheme you can move quickly through Barbara. Intensity is relative and as long as you are working hard and meeting the stimulus of the workout.... The weight is a secondary concern. If you ever are unsure of what the desired stimulus is of the workout or unsure how to scale.. Just ask your coach to repeat or explain. Thats why we are here, to keep you safe, make you sweat, increase your ability to move functionally and give you a kick in the but when you need one.Cant wait to see you guys next week. Its been a crazy week with CrossFits best and I have learned more and excited to share it.
