Running Outside

It’s that time of year when we’re back to running outside, however the grass area is still muddy and the cement is still covered in sand from the winter. So while we run outdoors again, all that mud and dirt gets tracked into the gym.

When you set up for this workout Wednesday, please set up in the big gym.

You will only be doing MedBall Cleans and Alt V-Ups in the gym, there’s lots of room for everyone. We do not want anyone using the small gym side to run in and out of. The grass is too wet and too muddy and we can not get mud off the purple gym floor easily. So please only set up in the big gym. Thank you.
