Lucas Parker is coming back to CFI on Sunday, September 16th, with a different workshop.  This visit Lucas will be bringing us Virtuosity!Virtuosity - Do the common uncommonly wellThrough this workout you will be given a new perspective on common movements like burpees, box jumps and wallballs.• Dynamic warmup and mobility drills• Relevant physics and biomechanics of the movements• Key errors / Energy & speed losses• Drills and progressions to maximize performanceFor those who took Lucas's barbell cycling workshop, you would have learned that Lucas is not only a 6x CrossFit Games Athlete + incredible athlete, he is also a phenomenal coach.  This is an excellent opportunity to learn to look at some of the common movements we do in the gym all the time, from a new perspective.
