10 Mins to build to a weight for part 2 of the WOD

WOD:

1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 reps for time of:

Dumbbell squats 50/35
Bar-facing burpees

then:

A 5 rep max T&G Clean

Time cap: 12 minutes to complete 18.2 AND part 2

**For the 5 RM T&G Clean you’ll already have all the weights ready from the focus piece.
