We’ve had a few questions about zenplanner for next week.

When this lockdown first happened we set zenplanner up to revert to our in person class schedule at the end of the timeframe, but when lockdowns were extended we pushed the timeframe back on zenplanner. So our in person class schedule has always been set to come back next week, which is why some of you who are looking ahead are seeing that. It’s much easier in the back end of the system to keep it active and change as need.

During the first shutdown it would be 6 hours on the system a few days a week to get everything sorted. This time I opted for the easier route.

So long story short. Yes the schedule is up for next week for in person classes. But we do not yet know what is happening, what colour we will be, etc.

Please do not sign in for any classes for next week until we send out information on what is happening. At this time we also don’t know if any regulations will change, class sizes, distance, etc. So we may need a day to get prepared.

We’re hopefully to return to in person, but we need to make sure we have all our boxes checked and everything is safe. Having the Ontario Government give us very little notice is not ideal for running a business.
