Seminars | Workshops
Over the last 6 or so years, we’ve built relationships/friendships with some great people / athletes / coaches and have been working towards bringing some of what we feel are incredible opportunities for learning, right to you at CrossFit Indestri with seminars from Lucas Parker, CrossFit Inc, Carl Paoli, and others in the works.
This doesn’t mean you must attend them, but we truly think you should look in to them and consider it. Ask us questions about them, why we’re hosting them, what you might get out of them, who the seminar hosts are if you don’t know. Most of these seminars (with the exception of Lucas) rarely come to Ontario, let alone Collingwood.
Carl’s seminar is coming up in a couple weeks at CFI, if you don’t know who Carl is, or what he’s all about, let us know. We’d be happy to chat about it. Carl has been known in the CrossFit Community as the Gymnastics Guru for years, but he’s not just gymnastics. Carl focuses on Movement, and is absolutely brilliant!
We will also have Lucas Parker coming back to CFI this fall, for a different workshop then he did with us last spring. More details on that soon.
Also a question we get a lot is, “But I’m just an athlete, not a coach, will I get anything out of the seminar.” The answer is, absolutely! These seminars are for everyone, all athletic levels from scaled to RX, including athletes and coaches. Everyone will absolutely benefit from them!

Jack Martin III | Age 26 | Bethany, Oklahoma
Army Staff Sgt. Jack M. Martin III, 26, of Bethany, Oklahoma, assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group, Fort Lewis, Wash., died September 29th, 2009, in Jolo Island, Philippines, from the detonation of an improvised explosive device. Martin in survived by his wife Ashley Martin, his parents Jack and Cheryl Martin, and siblings Abe, Mandi, Amber and Abi.
