In two week is the start of the 2019 Reebok CrossFit Games. From July 31st to August 4th. This is the one time of year when Steph, Stouty + I (Jen) are all away together.
What does this mean for the gym? There will be a few changes to the schedule, mainly open gym, stay tuned for the schedule + changes both on the blog + as always when all else fails, in zenplanner!
We’re excited to head to Madison again this year. Even more so because we get to cheer on our very own Dee on the floor, as well as the individual athlete Stouty has been training, Omar Martinez!
