Lets back to the “get to know your community”
Today I am introducing some of you but many of you already know him.. He is an absolute Legend and inspires me to do better every day.
Ron Hos aka hoser
Ron has been with us at Indestri for a while now and is a regular Mon & Friday 6amer. He also is always around for the holiday wods and the occasional mid day or night class but really a staple before many of you are awake :)
Ron always shows up to work, he is stubborn as a mule has a heart as big as a lions.
Ron Fact #1:
only guy I know that lost a tooth on the Ski Erg
Ron is our oldest member that shows up at 6am but hits the workouts with the intensity of a teenager. He’s never afraid to try something new and really is an amazing roll model to me personally and many others.
Ron Fact #2:
Runs Obstacle Races and always comes home with epic war wounds..
Is Ron Injury Prone? No more than I am.. ( That’s not much to go on Ron, but hey misery loves company maybe that’s why we get along so well.)
He is the first to introduce himself to new members, never leaves the gym without saying good bye and no matter how tired or sore he is he always smiles and is ready to crack jokes and keep all of our feet on the ground.
Ron Fact #3
Ron is over 60 and has great grandkids and kids he can still keep up with as well I think his wife may shake her head at him more than the both of us can count to.
One last thing I want to say about Ron is that he’s a cornerstone of class in the morning and if you ever need an ear or a word of wisdom he will always take a minute to hear you out.
So take a minute to say hi or he will come say hi to you
and Thanks Ron, you never let me go caffineless :)
