Lil’ Kilos / Big Gainz
The much anticipated return of our little kids programs is happening!
This September we will introduce, Lil’ Kilos for ages 4 to 6 and Big Gainz for ages 6 to 8. The Lil’ Kilos and Big Gainz classes will run for 30 mins each, in 12 week sessions on Thursdays. With the first session beginning on Thursday, September 13th and running until Thursday, November 29th, 2018.
Lil’ Kilos will run Thursdays from 4:30pm – 5:00pm
Big Gainz will run Thursdays from 5:00pm – 5:30pm
The cost of a 12 week session is $100.+ hst
Class spaces are limited.
Registration will open on Monday, August 13th, 2018
What to Expect
Lil’ Kilos & Big Gainz will give your children an experience that fosters an outlook on fitness that is both functional and fun.
Each 12 week session is for children to experience the fun of functional movement. Empowering children to step
outside their comfort zones and try new skills and activities that will help improve their balance, flexibility, coordination & strength through play, focused skill sessions, and workouts.
Kids will push, pull, throw, lift, jump, swing, climb, and run. Gaining an improved outlook on fitness that will help them in all other sports. It’s important to show children that fitness is both functional and fun!
