It’s that time of year of again! Our high performance training camp is right around the corner, and we are pumped to see what new barriers our athletes can breakdown.
This year, we are going to have a 2 and 4 month option. We will begin the first wave of athletes on Monday May 5th. It will begin at 7am, as not to interfere with those who are attending high school. It will run for 8 weeks. Those who have attended in the past, we do not stop for holidays, and the program is 5 days a week. Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri/Sat.
There will be a break the week of June 30th, and we will be back at it for another 8 weeks beginning July 7th. Depending on demand, the time may stay at 7am, or move to 8am. If May and June are not feasible, we will allow athletes to join July 7th. There will be limited space this year. Signing up for 4 month guarantees a spot for the summer.
Training will begin at 7am and run for 75 mins to 90 mins.
What to expect:
-Highly experienced coaching staff with extensive knowledge in cross-training and periodization
-Nutritional lecture for parents and athletes on the first Saturday of the camp, and first Saturday in second part of camp
-Baseline Testing at beginning, middle and end of camp
Pricing is as follows:
$1000/4 month program
$550/2 month program
These can be broken into monthly payments with pre-authorized payment at the 1st of every month or paid in full up front.
If you are a NCAA athlete, CIS athlete, junior hockey player, high level skier, mountain biker, or any athlete for that matter, this is the program for you. Consistent attendance is a must to be successful with this camp.
On another note, someone mistakenly took the wrong pair of steel toed blundstones yesterday during/after the Kettle bell and Calisthenics.
