Saturday Summer Hours
The gym hours are changing on Saturday from this coming Saturday, June 23rd, for the entire summer. We will revisit the hours come September. But from this Saturday on, the gym will be open from 8:30am until 10:30am.
The 9am partner WOD stays the same, but this will allow those of you wishing to come in a little bit earlier to get warm, some time, and to stay after to mobilize or work on a few accessory things after.
The changes have been made in zenplanner to reflect the change.
Please do not arrive before 8:30am and begin training, as Jay is running his class and is not in the gym to oversee anyone outside of his class. The doors will open for you at 8:30am.
