An Intramural Night
For those of you who remember when we use to do Friday Night Intramurals during the summer, we’re thinking about doing a fun Intramural Friday for one of the upcoming Friday’s at 6:30pm.
Firstly we wanted to gage interest?
Intramurals are basically, you sign in, show up, based on the number attending we split up into X amount of teams, + hit a fun WOD (not the daily WOD). It’s always been a ton of fun + an excellent way to meet other members who maybe attend different class times.
So before we decide on a date, let’s see the level of interest?
(also don’t worry about the level of your fitness for your team! It’s all in good fun, it’s not serious, all fitness levels are more than able to compete on the same team, movements can still be modified if need be!)

50 Kb swings 24/16
25 Medicine Ball Cleans 20/14
5 Ring Muscle-ups
