10 Min EMOM 3 Front Squats
Start at 60% of your 1 Rep and try to add weight each round
Building to heavy Double
The workout goes as follows….
Run 2 mins ( aim for 400m)
Run 1 Min as far as possible with an awkward object
Rest 2 Min
**Keep repeating this until the object has travelled 1200 Meters.
**Pace but do not OVER Pace the 400s.
