Winter is here!
Like it or not winter has arrived and seems like it’s here to stay! With winter comes some less then ideal weather at times. Please give yourself extra time when driving, and if the weather is ever so bad that we need to cancel a class we will notify you on our instagram + Facebook pages, as well as update zenplanner to reflect the cancelled class. This is one of the many reasons you need to sign in to class.
Please also go in to zenplanner and make sure all your information is current:

2 minutes of Db Push Press
2 minutes of HSPU on Db’s
3 minutes to accumulate 20/15 Cal
After the Cal, rest for the remainder of the 3 minutes before beginning the next round.
