The first long weekend of the ‘summer’ is upon us. A couple things to take note of in our schedule at CFI this week.
There will be no 6:30pm Coaches Bias Class for the next two weeks. 6:30pm will resume on June 1st. And this weekend being Victoria Day long weekend, the only class next Monday will be at 9:30am. In carrying on with tradition, the workout will be Murph, so plan to be here from 9:30am until approx. 11am. No class cap, but please sign in!
Don’t forget that this Friday kicks off with the East Regional. Many athletes from Canada East are heading to Albany to prove their fitness and try to secure their spot at the 2018 Reebok CrossFit Games. You can tune in to all the action on Games.CrossFit.Com.
