– Lil Ninjas: Will be held at 4pm on Tue/Thur
– On-ramp Teens and Varsity Teens: Will be held at 3:30pm Mon/Wed/Fri
– On-ramp Pre-teen and Advanced Pre-teen: Will be held at 4:30pm Mon/Wed/Fri
– Mini Metcon: Will be held at 4pm on Tue and Thur. This class is designed for parents who are short on time during the day, and would like to fit exercise into their routine while their children are doing the same. This class will have include a warm-up, mobility work, workout, and cool down.
-Calisthetics and Kettle Bells: Will be held at 4:30 to 5:30pm Tue/Thur. This class is for those looking to increase their body awareness, mobility, and core strength. If you are eager to perfect body weight movements, or would like to stay away from the barbell, this class is for you. There will be no barbell work done during this class.
-Open Gym: Open gym hours will be 6am-1pm and 2pm-7:30pm Mon-Fri. Saturday will be 9am-11am. We have four platforms deisgnated for lifting and open gym, but we will allow any open space to be used as long as the athlete does not interfere with a class.
