Wow, what a busy 5 weeks of hard training, strategising, and cheering we’ve just completed. The Crossfit Games Open is designed to filter over 120,000 athletes to find the top 48 in each region. That’s a pretty huge task. The workouts should be inclusive to the entire Crossfit Community, but still challenging enough to reward the fittest athletes.
Just a quick review, then we can move on to our training for 2014!
As a team, we had 50 members register this year. Outstanding fun was had every week, watching our open gym fill up with athletes trying to learn a new movement before the weekend.
Many PR’S were had.Confidence has grown for some I’m sure. Your approach to training will change because of this experience.
