Friday’s workouts for the next 5 weeks will be whatever Castro announces on the Thursday Night. Which means we won’t know until after 8pm on Thursday!
For those of you who are competing in the Open workouts on Saturday’s, there will be something else programmed for you, to just move! However this is also a good day to rest, or come in hit the focus and test out parts of the workout, meaning maybe test one round, or test the movements, but do NOT do 18.1 on Friday and then come in to hit it again with a judge on Saturday! For those of you who have to work on Saturday, there is a possibility that you can get judged during the 9:30am class if we have an available judge, or during the noon class. But please chat with us prior to. A reminder that due to the fact we must abide by the standards and rules laid out by CrossFit, the gym may need to be set up in a certain way, i.e.) floor measured and taped, wall taped, judges score sheets printed, etc. No one will be able to be judged prior to 8am on Friday mornings. If you do need to work on Saturday and are unable to attend the WOD, let us know and we will work something out for you!
Also a reminder that all of the athletes participating on Saturday, Justin will be at the gym to set up his camera equipment and snap your photos immediately following the completion of 18.1. It will not take long, so please stick around to get your photo done! We love being able to feature all of you.
