Looking back 2 years ago in this cycle we went up to 30 minutes of squats with an option for a different workout if the squats were too much. We will do the same this year. The 30 minute squats will be Wednesday next week but the 25 minute squats are today!
Reminder, you can always choose to reduce time or reps if needed, if you missed a week you can see the option in the levels to go back to the previous week and then just flush out the remainder of the emom.
The goal is to become better, stronger in our squat.
