Strength and Conditioning Coach
Jordan was born and raised in the Collingwood area where he grew up living an active lifestyle involving a variety of sports. He played junior hockey for four years while attending McMaster University and returned home to train and work each summer. Jordan graduated from the Honours Kinesiology program at McMaster with a Bachelor of Science, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with over 5 years of training experience. He has since worked with clients ranging from 6 to 90 years of age, both individually and in class settings.
Through education and his own personal experiences, Jordan has learned and witnessed the importance of exercise towards injury prevention, recovery, and overall performance in athletes and non-athletes alike. He believes that training needs to be tailored to an individual’s goals, weaknesses, and lifestyle in order maximize their potential. He understands that all individuals have their own unique goals and motives to exercise, and he is inclined to do everything he can to help achieve them.
