Bonnie Campbell

Fit for Life Coach

Bonnie Campbell is a wife, a mother of two active boys and the daughter of aging parents.   She knows and understands the importance of helping individuals and families to start and stay active throughout their life.

Her educational background includes a B.Sc. in Physical Education from York University and B.Ed. from Brock University.  She is a Crossfit Level 1 coach and has certification in Crossfit Mobility and Crossfit Kids.

Her areas of interest include Long Term Athlete Development, alpine ski racing, healthy active living, nutrition and age appropriate training.

For the past 2 seasons she has led the dryland component of the AOA Pre-season camp at Mt. Tremblant and has worked with the Ontario Ski Team.  She has lectured to parents on developing athletic literacy as it applies to ski racing.

Currently, she is involved in a McMaster University research project on functional conditioning for older adults and is enjoying working with lifelong athletes!
