Although the the title has “Beginner”, this class is open to anyone who wants to focus more on the skills of lifts and gymnastics movements. Everyone needs to go back to the basics from time to time, and I encourage all those who struggle with barbell movement to attend this class. I always say, technique before weight. Not PR’ing? 99% of the time it is due to flaws in your lifts.
It is also a second option to our private fundamentals. All newcomers are welcome to choose one on one fundamentals or the beginners class. Newbies will still attend an intro session before joining, as it is a chance to learn our philosophy at Indestri, and get a little taste of what CrossFit is.
If you have any friends or family who have been on the fence about CrossFit, this is a great place to get started. Get them enrolled in the Beginners CrossFit Class Collingwood, and start on the journey they will appreciate.
