Indestructible Pre-Teen & Teen Program

Through focused skill sessions and workouts.  Pre-Teens from ages 9 - 12 yrs old & Teens from 13 - 17 yrs old, will benefit from these programs, that will have them push, pull, throw, lift, jump climb and run.

Our Indestructible pre-teen & teen CrossFit program has been attributed to an improved outlook on fitness that will help in all other sports.

Our program is built on the foundation and belief that it is important to instil in youth that fitness is both functional and fun!
